Offered here is a garage/rockabilly single from Alabama by The Road Runners entitled Do You Love Me Sixty-Six Style b/w To Be With You on MBM records. This group was from Gadsden, Alabama and cut this record in early 1966. The A-side is a fast paced, lo-fi, stripped down version of The Contours classic that would appeal to both garage and rockabilly lovers plus surf, etc. The B-side is a weepy piano instrumental, but the A-side really moves! This is an unplayed mint copy with great playback, however the recording sounds like the needles were in the red most of the time, but that is the charm of these records! The song can be heard on YouTube, with a little info on the group!
