RARE ORGINAL LED ZEPPELIN HOUSES OF THE HOLY GENUINE EARLY 1st PRESSING RARER UK 1st PRESS A2/B2 EXAMPLE Hi and a BIG thank you for your time to view my items.
And sorry to put the boring stuff first but it is important that you understand my terms and conditions so that everything goes smoothly and there are no disgruntled people only very happy people.

Before you look and read my listings please take the time to read my Terms and Conditions, you will find them at the bottom of my listing and unless I have mis-written them I believe they are quite clear.
On my last listings buyers were paying me minutes after the end of my auctions. I’m very happy for this to happen. I send items by the final weight after packing and protection have been added now for 1 LP to be posted with an average weight is around 600grams. I weigh every item that is won and use the royal mail website to give me the correct cost of sending this item.
The cost to send 1 LP by First Class signed for is £4.10. 2nd class £3.70. Look at the Royal Mail website. To send items overseas to Europe is £11.70. To Japan £15.20 other countries will be around the same cost. If you wish to purchase more items from my auction and win, then these costs will change as it will be calculated on weight.
IF ANY WINNING BIDDER CONTACTS ME AND ASKS FOR A REDUCED POSTAL COST BECAUSE OF MULTIPLE WINS THEN I WILL CANCEL THE TRANSACTION. NO EXCEPTIONS.
I am not making money on this and I fail to see why I should send items at a lower cost as was pointed out to me by one winner who was prepared to open a case against me. I am also not putting a fictitious cost so that it may gain me more bids.
If you disbelieve me then please visit our Royal Mail website
www.royalmail.com/price-finder and check the cost for yourself.
Please also note I will not send any item by any other means other than Signed for, or International signed for. With NO EXCEPTIONS.
If an item is won over £50 I will also not send this without insurance, again No exceptions.

.

I have once again after a very long break to list hopefully a varied selection of items from a very large collection that I have been collecting over many years. .

Now I’m not here to have an open debate or argument with anyone in the Ebay community, whether they be a professional or amateur seller or collector but over my collecting years there is always an element of surface or background noise/sound with audio reproduction on vinyl reproduction, I have purchased sealed audiophile heavyweight pressings that have suffered from some surface noise and in the very odd case were totally unplayable. I have purchased sealed records straight from the factory and these have suffered some degree of surface noise, it’s inherent in the pressing of vinyl and the way it is produced.
All used vinyl has at least light marks and surface scratches which are always visible when viewed under a bright light, ( in my opinion a scratch is one that can be actually felt and not a mark caused by the LP-LP's being taken out to be played.) my advice would be to stick to CD if you are after total blackout silence or are after glass like perfection. Myself I believe surface noise adds to an emotional experience of reality which can not be matched by CD only my opinion

All the records (LP’s and 7 inch singles) that I intend to put onto Ebay for sale are 2nd hand either my own or have been given to me and have in many cases been played, some more than others. But I will always highlight this fact when grading, if the vinyl has surface marks or other defects these will be pointed out also.

I’m very sorry but I don’t always have time to play grade every single item, and the majority of my grading is done by purely visual means, so please view my feedback and you will see that I try to give the best account on the condition of any item I put up for auction.

This is my hobby and not my profession.

I will though play LP’s, and singles that are very collectable to get a better insight to the playing condition of the item being sold for auction.

I will never play/sound grade coloured vinyl or picture discs, they were made as limited edition collector's items only and the vinyl used to do this was of a lower quality. They will more likely have crackle and pop with background noise. They were made only to be aesthetically pleasing to the eye, rather than have audiophile sound quality.
Now I accept that the above may differ from any winning bidders perception of what I have graded. I cannot always vouch for whether every record plays all the way through in total black silence with no noise. If you have any doubts then please email me or again just view my feedback.

I only grade in line with UK Record Collector grading system as set out in the book, and do not use USA Goldmine grading.  The only difference I make against the Record Collector grading system is I grade a record Mint if its sealed, I do not believe a record to be mint if not sealed. My highest grade for an opened lp is near mint. I grade under a strong light that picks out any imperfections on the vinyl.

If for any reason you disagree with my grading please email me through the ebay message system and lets resolve the matter as adults before leaving negative feedback. Everybody on here believes they are an expert well we are not, we are human and can sometimes get things wrong. If I have got it so wrong I will work with you to resolve it.  I can not be any fairer than that, but please check my feedback you will see I do not get it wrong that often, I try very hard to give an accurate description, apart from the one member who left negative because I would not be subjected to feedback hostaging.
International buyers are responsible for any customs charges incurred.
If an International buyer returns an item it’s very important that you mark return on the customs form because if you do not and I get a letter with a import charge on it I will not pay. This is a return and the LP will simply get sent back to you as Returned Goods are not charged for by UK Customs
Should you wish to return a LP as set out in Ebay policies the buyer is responsible for return postage, this means I pay one way, you the buyer will have to pay the other way.
All LPs won by International buyers will be sent International Signed For there are NO EXCEPTIONS to this, also if you are from Russia it seems items are taking 8-12 weeks to be delivered, I will post as soon as payment is received and will enter tracking on the order page for you to view, once that's done its down to the Russian postal service to deliver it. There is nothing more I can do. If your impatient and cannot wait without opening a dispute when you can clearly see its on its way to you on the tracking, then please by all means buy off another seller.
LED ZEPPELIN: Houses Of The Holy RARE Classic 1973 UK 8-track vinyl LP on the green & orange Atlantic label, housed in a matt gatefold picture sleeve with correct original textured lyric inner. The sleeve shows little indication of its age & the vinyl is clean with just the lightest few signs of play - a wonderful copy! K50014).

The LP was played on my Elite Rock, Ittok tone arm and Blue Point special EVO III front end with Lavardin amplification and through Impulse H6 speakers. This is a awesome dynamic LP and the sound was truly amazing crystal clear, with no distortion, sound stage was deep, solid and wide. The LP played with superficial surface noise on all tracks. Very very light surface noise was evident in between tracks but did not distract from the playing and listening of this LP in it's entirety. No loud ticks, pops or jumps were heard throughout the whole playing of this LP. The sound was fantastic for a 30 year old LP and the volume was cranked up.

THE COVER: The gatefold picture cover shows minimal wear to the edges and corners. There can also be seen minimal scuffing due to storage top half of the cover. There is the beginning of a tiny split in the centre of the top edge.
I have graded the cover in EXCELLENT condition.

THE BACK COVER: The back cover shows minimal scuffing again to the top half of the back cover. No handwriting or other damage is evident and has been graded in EXCELLENT condition.

THE INNER SLEEVE: The original white textured inner sleeve shows no damage other than minimal discolouration due to age and storage.
I have graded the inner sleeve in EXCELLENT condition

THE VINYL: The vinyl retains a beautiful shine to both playing surfaces and shows minimal hairline marks when held up and viewed under a strong light. There are no deep scratches or other defects. I have graded the LP in NEAR MINT condition.

THE LABELS: The labels show some very light spindle marks which show that the LP has been played. Both labels are in EXCELLENT condition with no writing on any of the surfaces.

MATRIX NUMBERS.: The matrix numbers machine stamped into the run-out grooves are.
