This is a gatefold sleeve that has never been opened and is in amazing shape.
The sticker on the front boasts that there are 4 BONUS TRACKS included which are titled: "Truth Goodness and Beauty" "Fake"

Notice, there is a razor blade slash (1.5") through the U P C as this was designated for promotional use (DJs, record stores)
