Monstrosity rare limited 7 inch Burden of Evil. Released on Relapse Records in 1991 on the singles series. Record is in excellent condition. Never been played. Matrix RR-011A U35520M-A. Includes 2 sided picture/merchandise list. Sleeve is in good condition with some minor wear around the corners. Entire sleeve also shows black ink smudges on the white print and on the back some wear on the black print. From what I understand, this is common.
