Record is VG++ with a few light markings that should not effect audio quality; Sleeve is VG+ with some light ringwear on the front and back, some discoloration on the front and back from age, very small dings on the corners, some wear on the corners, some wear on the seams with NO SPLITS, and the spine can be read (see pictures)
