This is from a vintage collection that had been packed in boxes for at least 15 years.  This person was an avid collector of albums, and CDs.  Great vintage item to add to your collection
I am not familiar with record collecting and by no means an expert.  I am trying to take good pictures and give as much info as I can.  I am also not familiar with grading on these so please look at pictures for details.  If you have any questions or need more info, please ask before bidding. I'll try to provide whatever I can.  Pictures shown are actual pictures of the item I am selling.  These are being sold as is and as found.  
To me this one looks to be in very good condition.  A little scuffing around the edges.  A little dinged corner, and a notch cut into the cover on the lower right as pictured.  The record itself looks great and I would say that none of these were played very much.
