~~... It is true that in Eric's autobiography he states that "Sun Secrets" was released without his permission. So, It's a shame that Burdon could not control the release of this material, and an even bigger shame if he is not getting royalties for them! But if you like Eric Burdon, you cannot do without Sun Secrets. The guitarist is great here at amping up some Burdon classics and Burdon himself is wonderful.

  "Sun Secrets" recorded in 1974 is a great rock album featuring 3 Animal numbers. Guitarist Aalon Butler is superb. I understand Burdon's objection to these albums e.g. no money etc. but also his 1973 album "Mirage" hasn't been "officialy" released but it's a classic. We are the ones who profit from these rare releases. Awesome Album!
