Both record and cover are VG++. Excellent condition with only lightest hints of wear and age.
High quality reissue from a few years ago in paper bag sleeve and lyrics printed on back. Pinkish-orange colored vinyl.
Thanks for looking!
CONDITION/GRADING
Unless otherwise noted, all vinyl is in excellent shape. Of course some records may have minuscule manufacturing hairlines or "cloudy" spots that are noticeable only when held up to bright sunlight (common in many Euro and indie pressings). I mention this because I often view records in a ray of sunlight when visually inspecting them (and also play them) before listing. A lot of new records look like this, especially Italian and Jamaican pressings. I will make a note of any blemish I notice.
I grade all records honestly and almost always on the lower side of
what I see some others do. However, overly meticulous collectors or amateur record buyers should go elsewhere. Contact me if you have any questions.
VG++ (in very excellent, often NM condition) (I generally don't mark NM just to stay on
the safe side, but most things VG++ would pass as such)
VG+ (in excellent condition with possible light signs of wear or a few
hairline or very slight and inaudible surface marks)(usually what others grade VG++)
VG (plays and looks great, but may have a couple of light surface marks
and perhaps some light static here and there; covers may have light ring or
shelf wear, and some discoloration (thought generally in pretty solid shape).
Often what some sellers list as VG+
Will not bother with anything less than VG (and rarely even bother with VG)
SHIPPING
Records sent Media Mail in USA (unless other options requested); Vinyl is
removed from cover for protection; records sent within 2-3 business days upon receiving payment.
Please note that Media Mail can take up to 2
WEEKS!
The US Post Office just raised their rates again (as of Jan 2014)!!! One album plus tracking comes out to between $4.15 - $4.50 (and that doesn't even include the boxing materials).
I had to raise rates on 12" records, but 7"s are still the same (see combined pricing info below):
EBAY has not updated their services to allow more than $4 for Media Mail, but the Post Office has raised the rates (see above). An extra .50 may be added to some LP orders (again, this doesn't even include the new LP boxes I buy (though once in a while I'll use a box that I received purchased albums in).
$4.50 US LPs (includes Delivery Confirmation) (US ONLY) $4.00 US EPs / 45s (includes Delivery Confirmation) (US ONLY)
INTERNATIONAL
International shipping has become ridiculously expensive; worse, I've dealt with some
shady people or with terrible postal services in certain countries. Because
of this, I will only sell internationally upon request and with the understanding that I
am not responsible for any item once I send it out. I am very honest
and will send you a US Custom's Number when I mail the package (this can
sometimes be used to track a missing item). There are certain
countries that have notorious reputations for substandard postal
service. It's a risk for some places, and the risk is yours.
No combined shipping for more than 3 albums international. Sorry. Here are the rates:
$13 Canada ($8 EPs)
$20 World ($14 EPs)
Contact me with any questions regarding international shipping.
I cannot pack more than 3 LPs in one record mailer box (price averages about $26 to Europe for 3 records)
COMBINED SHIPPING:
I will do combined shipping in USA only, but only up to 3 records (because I send records out in LP mailers that only hold 3). More than 3 albums equals a new box and a new postage fee of $4.
Sometimes the Ebay
system doesn't figure postage correctly (or at all) when I do combined
shipping, so be sure to wait for and invoice from me. 3 albums is $5.50 Media Mail in
the US (includes Delivery Confirmation). 3 EPs combined charge (Media Mail) is $5
***Wait for an invoice to be sent to you before paying (for combined orders).
I sell albums from my collection at reasonable starting bids (for
what they are realistically worth) assuming you have a good chance at being the
only bidder, often making it the selling price (and I don't have to worry about
"buy it now" fees). Money from selling these records goes towards buying new records!
Thanks again!
