Record is VG+/VG++ with a few light markings that should not affect audio quality and there may be some light surface noise in places that should not overpower the sound; Plastic Covered Paper Sleeve is VG+ with some light ringwear on the front and back, small dings on the corners, some light wear on the corners, and some wear on the seams with NO SPLITS (the way this sleeve is made there are upper and lower seams but the spine is held together by the plastic covering and not connected; it was made that way and not split) (see pictures)
