I don't typically deal with records, so I'm not very familiar with how to grade them or their sleeves. Please refer to the photos and ask any questions.

Condition of jacket: Very good, still in original shrink wrap, though plastic wrap is on very loose and a bit tattered.
Condition of record: Discos Remo, San Antonio, Texas. LP-1015. Record appears very good with some scuffing and very light scratches.
