REM 1985 live album with most songs from the Fables of the Reconstruction era and earlier. The jacket reads "Fan Club" but it's an independently released album (I was in the fanclub then). The record condition is VG+ with some signs of wear, including light scratches. There are no jumps or skips during play. Cover has some minor creases, but is in good shape for a record going on 30yrs old.
