Heart   "Straight On : Special Disco Version" promo only 12" single

This is a promo only 12" single from 1978 on Portrait ASD-497.   It plays at 33 1/3 RPM.      This is the 'Special Disco Version' only found on this 12".     Both sides are Stereo and both are 5:07 long.      It has custom labels of the artwork from 'Dog & Butterfly'.

This 12" single provides the best pressing of this song.     It actually sounds louder than the LP or 45 versions.        This was given free to DJ's so that this song would get more airplay.      

This song was a hit and it reached # 15 on Billboard on 10/28/78.    It is from their "Dog & Butterfly" album.    

It comes in an Epic company 12" cover, with 'Disco Single' and the lips design.    There is a hole in the center, so you can see the labels.

The cover is VG+.   There is no writing and no seam splits.     There is light partial ring wear.     The vinyl looks near mint and it plays near mint.    There is a slight wave in the pressing, from the factory.     As it plays you can see a little rise by one edge, but it plays perfectly, with no distortions at all.     The custom photo labels are perfect.   The record comes in a white inner sleeve.

I have been buying and selling records for more than 25 years.  I sell records at all Northwest record conventions and at Crossroads Music in Portland, Oregon.

I will package this record between two pieces of hand cut cardboard.  Each piece is unbendable, triple strength industrial cardboard   ( It's so thick that you will save it and use it again. ) The package will weigh 16 ounces ( 1 pound  ) when ready to ship.   You can figure out your own postage costs for US Priority or Media Mail.   Overseas buyers must use First Class Mail International.        There are no handling charges.     I will send it as soon as you pay ( same day if before 2 PM and next day if after 2 PM. )  I will combine postage if you win more than one record.   My records are from a no smoking and no pets home.
