THE MATRIX CODE IS USR-001 A/B 5112 B-26234-SH2. THE LABEL IS IN EXCELLENT SHAPE. THE JACKET HAS SOME LIGHT WEAR TO THE CORNERS AND A SLIGHT VEIN BEND ON THE LOWER RIGHT SIDE. I PUT IT IN A PLASTIC SLEEVE ALITTLE TIME AFTER I OPENED IT SO THE WEAR IS NOT ALOT TO THE COVER. SLIGHT RING IMPRESSION FROM THE RECORD. ....YAH I LAYED ALOT OF MY RECORDS FLAT ): A GREAT COLLECTOR RECORD OTHERWISE. MOST OF THESE WHERE TRASHED IF THEY WHERE OPENED AND PLAYED ALOT.
