Cover: VG+, laminated gatefold cover in great shape, slight lam, corner and edge wear, perforated back seam split is split halfway, labels excellent (see pic)
Vinyl: VG+, plays very good up to excellent, strong sound, nice sheen, a few very light hairline surface marks that cause light occasional background noise, has a very small chip on perimeter of disc and one feel able scratch that cause light audible clicks through one song, no skips (listen to soundclip)
