Record is VG+ ~ Vinyl has a great gleam and is in excellent shape, appears to be hardly played and has been taken care of well. There are a couple very minor markings that should not effect the audio quality whatsoever.
Sleeve is VG+/VG ~ The sleeve some light ring wear, there is a small cutout near the top right corner, some slight wear to the corners and edges with NO SPLITS! (see photos)
