Terms of Sale: Unless otherwise described, all items sold are new items that were returned to a major retail store for an unknown reason. Most boxes are opened or damaged. Some boxes have been taped together leaving a tape residue on the item. Items that can be tested will be tested for functionality. Some items may not be tested, for example, any iphone items have not been tested because I do not own an iphone. Items such as PS3, Xbox 360, Wii, Wii U, DSi, 3DS, Droid, and items that just require a battery for testing have been tested. All other items please inquire as to functionality or purchase at your own risk.
Returns are excepted up to 14 days from purchase. Items must be returned in the box and condition originally shipped. Buyer pays return shipping unless a pre-tested item arrives in non working condition and shipping will be reimbursed once item is retested and found to be nonfunctional. Items must be returned for refund. Buyer assumes risk for items that are unable to be tested. Ebay returns is the best way to return items.

All current neutral and negative feedback was left by customers who didn't properly read the description and by customers who didn't contact me to resolve their issues. I would have resolved each and every issue if I had been given the opportunity to do so. I will leave feedback once feedback is left for item purchased. All items are shipped within one business day. I am available for questions 7 days a week. I try to answer most questions within a couple of hours except during 1:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. central time.
