The record is VG+ ~ The record is in great shape with a very nice gleam, there are a couple very light markings on each side, which should have no effect to the audio quality.
The sleeve is VG ~ The sleeve has some slight staining to the backside, the top seam is split entirely across with the exception of a roughly .5" portion in the center that is not split, same with the bottom seam as well. (see photos)
