The record is VG+ ~ The record has a great gleam with a couple very light markings which should not effect the audio quality whatsoever.
The sleeve is VG+ ~ The sleeve has some very minor ring wear, there is some creasing and slight dings to the corners, and some light wear to the edges with NO SPLITS! (see photos)
