The record is VG+/VG ~ The record has a very nice gleam with a couple light markings on each side, none of which should effect the audio quality during playback.
The sleeve is VG+/VG ~ The sleeve has some slight ring wear and some very minor staining and discoloration, the corners have minor dings and the edges are very lightly worn with NO SPLITS! (see photos)
