Up for auction is a huge lot of records.  They are about 22 lbs worth. There are no cracks. The cases have shelf wear, names/addresses on some of them, corners/edges worn on some of them. No rips that I saw- but you get the idea. There are some super clean ones, but there are some that have been well loved. If you want to know the condition of a particular record, please let me know and I'd be glad to help out. Otherwise just assume a nice, decent lot of records. I don't have a record player, but the estate I picked these up from said they worked before they were tucked away in storage. Good luck!
