The record is VG+ ~ The record has a nice gleam with a few very minor markings which should not effect the audio quality whatsoever.
The sleeve is VG+/VG ~ The sleeve has some slight corner dings, there is some light ring wear to each side, some minor sticker residue near the top right corner, the edges have minor wear with NO SPLITS! (see photos)
