The record is VG+ ~ The record has a great with a couple very light markings which should not effect the audio quality whatsoever.
The sleeve is VG+ ~ The sleeve has some slight ring wear, the corners are lightly creased and dinged and the edges have some slight wear and creasing with NO SPLITS! (see photos)
