The record is VG+ ~ The vinyl has a nice gleam with a couple light markings which should not effect the audio quality whatsoever.
The sleeve is VG+/VG ~ The sleeve has some slight ring wear to each side, the corners are lightly dinged and the edges are worn with NO SPLITS. (see photos)
