The record VG+ ~ The record has a nice gleam with a couple light markings which should not effect the audio quality whatsoever.
The sleeve is VG+ ~ The sleeve has some slight ring wear, there is some discoloration to each side, the corners are lightly dinged and the edges have some wear with a roughly 5.5" split to the bottom seam. (see photos)
