Vinyl has a few light surface marks. Outer sleeve is in very good condition with no rips, etc.

PACKAGING: I package my items carefully. I use either padded envelopes, regular envelopes with stiff card inserts, or a combination of both. The item itself is also often placed in a plastic bag or sleeve for extra protection.
