Media is in Mint/Near Mint shape.  I bought this new and have played it only once.  It sounds amazing.  
Cover is in VG+ shape.  It has a some wear on a few corners and a few of the edges.  Normal wear and tear from moving it around and owning it for over a decade.  Other than those little blemishes, it'd be Near Mint.
Sleeves are Near Mint.
Poster is Mint.  The only time I've ever unfolded it was for the picture for this listing.
