JOAN JETT

Original 1980 Debut Album

Before The Blackhearts

‘JOAN JETT’

In Very Good Vinyl

Very good vinyl condition of the classic debut album from the

Queen of Rock and Roll, Joan Jett. Released in 1980 this LP

entitled ‘Joan Jett’ was re-released in 1981 as ‘Bad Reputation’,

this copy doesn’t have the name Bad Reputation added on

the cover artwork, so this is an original earlier edition. Some of

the musicians Jett used on these recordings include the Sex Pistols’

Steve Jones and Paul Cook and Blondie’s Clem Burke and Frank Infante.

With twelve tracks and every one a winner, that includes her cover

of ‘You Don’t Own Me’ and her first great punk rock anthem ‘Bad Reputation’.

Side One

1. “Bad Reputation”

2. “Make Believe”

3. “You Don’t Know What You’ve Got”

4. “You Don’t Own Me”

5. “Too Bad On Your Birthday”

6. “Touch Me (Oh Yeah)”

Side Two

7. “Let Me Go”

8. “Doing All Right With The Boys”

9. “Shout”

10. “Jezebel”

11. “Don’t Abuse Me”

12. “Wully Bully”

Truly a real rare gem of a find, this is on the original Blackhearts Records

with the catalog number JJ 707B.

Experience the music the way it was meant to be heard in all the warm tones

of its analog quality stereophonic vinyl sound and not the inferior audio of MP3s.
