Giallo Disco continue with a fine run of releases this time with WLDV, aka We Love Dolce Vita, channelling classic Giorgio Moroder on yet another well expected imaginary soundtrack. Both "Cassiopea" and "Phase 2" sound like something you'd hear during the climax of a '70s sci-fi film. But on the B side "Blue Thunder" and "Paura" sound like they could be the opening and closing sequences respectively. Lazercat's take on "Blue Thunder" gives a more modern but still undoubtedly retro take adding a soaring arpeggio that just has to heard. Fans of Goblin and John Carpenter alike will enjoy this offering for sure.
