Record is VG++ ~ Vinyl has a nice gleam and is in great shape, there are a couple VERY MINOR markings which should not effect the audio quality whatsoever.
Sleeve is VG+ ~ The sleeve has minor ring wear, the corners lightly dinged and the edges have slight wear with NO SPLITS. (see photos)
