MOONLOOP TRANSMISSION IV REMASTERED EDITION !

This is one of 1000 copies of the remastered full length Moonloop  produced on CD in 2006. The original CD came out as an edition of 500 copies in 1996 (which was only made available to the fan club). 

It is housed in a purple plastic sleeve with a screen print on one side.

The full 40 minute version of Moonloop is Porcupine Trees most sought after recording due to the fact Steven Wilson has said that he will not reissue it again.

This is from Richard Allen's personal collection. Richard ran Delerium and signed Porcupine Tree in the early 1990s managing them up until 2003.

MOONLOOP - TRANSMISSION IV

Recorded during the Sky Moves Sideways sessions in 1994 the full length Moonloop was a 40 minute improvised jam. Edits of the track appeared on The Sky Moves Sideways in 1995 and on the Moonloop EP. The full length version was issued in a limited edition of 500 copies on CD in 1996 and then was reissued (and remastered) in a limited run of 1000 copies on CD and 1099 copies on vinyl in 2006.  

The CD has been remastered by Steven Wilson and now sounds better than ever. This is the final piece of The Delerium Years puzzle and features a long spacey, psychedelic improvisation of over forty minutes in length recorded during the session for the Sky Moves Sideways. The spaciest and most psychedelic of Porcupine Tree's recordings Moonloop is regarded as the holy grail for fans of Porcupine Tree's space rock era.
