OK, so I don’t really want to sell this, however, I just bought a guitar without getting permission from my lovely wife. Big mistake! The cash I thought was mine was actually ‘ours’, I’m told, and she has threatened to harm me......my plums were mentioned! Ironic really, as I probably have fewer uses for them than I have for this record........or another guitar!

 Here goes.......

The album is the US promo on V2 : VSADV-27256.  Copies of this seem to fetch higher prices than the Europe XL records examples (check it out on Discogs), unsure why. It was obtained by me from a ‘music industry insider’, who informed me that this had not been played! I have never played it and bought it purely as a collector’s item – only 300 were pressed. The record is not ‘mint’ and, from what I understand, anyone describing one of these as ‘mint’ or ‘pristine’ probably doesn’t know their arse from their elbow; this is a promo item – never intended for sale, hence, shipped without shrinkwrap to places far and wide only to be flung around production offices by people too old to be wearing their Converse All Stars!  There is a bit of edge wear, the corner is slightly bumped and there is a light crease on the cover, all of this is shown in the pictures. I would say Ex to Ex+ for the cover.

The vinyl, in my opinion, shows no sign of play; there are no spindle marks at all, there are some fingerprints on the edge (not mine) and some dust and slight paper scuffs – the inner sleeves are just the cheap paper type (which are mint :0] ). I would say, again, Ex to Ex+ for the vinyl.

 

I will ship as you would expect a record collector to ship a record.
