Lola Versus Powerman and the Moneygoround: Is the eighth studio album by The Kinks, recorded and released in  1970.   Described as:  "a wildly unfocused but nonetheless dazzling tour de force", containing some of  Ray Davies' strongest songs. Although it appeared during a transitional period for The Kinks, Lola Versus Powerman was a success both critically and commercially for the group, charting in the Top 40 in America and helping restore them in the public eye, making Lola Versus Powerman and the Moneygoround a "comeback" album. It contained two hit singles - "Lola", which reached the top 10 in the US and UK, and "Apeman",  which peaked at number five in the UK.

Vinyl:  VG+/VG++  -   Thick 120/150g Vinyl - Brown/Tan Steamboat Label -  Shows nice original  shine & gloss - Light visual paper scuffs/hairline marks/age shadowing - light play & handling noted  - light crack/pops in quieter tracks - There are No deep scratches/skips/repeats etc. -  Play Graded &  Sounds Amazing!!!  As with any Vintage Vinyl Not Marked as MINT - you may hear faint background noise/ pops/clicks etc.

Matrix -  -RS 6423 31128-1 / RS 6423 31129-1  (*artisan symbol (circle w/ legs =) in matrix)

Cover:  VG+/VG++    Thick Cardboard Gatefold Cover - Colors are mainly white - which are still bright & clear -  edges show light bumps w/ areas of discoloration/aging (white areas)   - light handling & wear noted -  There are no splits/tape/odor noted  ~

Inner Sleeve - Original to release - reprise - inner sleeve   

Spine - Appears strong & intact - Catalogue information is readable - No splits - tape or break thrus noted
