Record is VG+ with some light markings that should not affect audio quality and there may be some light surface noise in places that should not overpower the sound; Sleeve is VG+ with some light ringwear on the front and back, some light writing on the back near the upper left corner, some wear on the corners, some wear on the seams with NO SPLITS, the spine can be read, and is still in the shrink-wrap but the wrap is partially split on the back (see pictures)
