comes with original sleeve. Has not been used since the CD came out and I hardly listened to it at all before that since I mainly listened to live Grateful Dead recordings.
The grading of the record is visual. It probably sounds much better than it looks. It has a couple of fingerprints and on side two a couple of surface scratches. I allow returns if the album doesn't play well (skipping or too much noise) I doubt this will have this problems. I would use a Discwasher to wash the album and stylus with each play
