We ship via USPS or FED-EX Ground to the 48 contiguous United States, unless otherwise noted in description.  We will ship internationally and to Hawaii and Alaska. In the unfortunate event that an item gets lost or damaged in transit, we require that our customers fully comply with the insurance claim process.  Normally that means, in the case of damage, supplying us with photos of the damaged item, interior packaging, and exterior packaging.  We will work quickly to submit the claim for payment and reimbursement to you in full.

We insure our items through a 3rd party insurance agent and insurance is included in the shipping charges.
