U.S. 7" single comes in a heavy stock cardboard sleeve.  Released by Cee-Dee Records, cat# CA45.  Possibly Government issued single?  Side One - The Complacent Americans (Robert Connelly - Pure Myth But It Could Happen).  Side Two - Official Civil Defense Instructions by Jack Fuller (Coordinator).  Very interesting recording.  The record has several scratches and looks to be played a lot.  The labels are very clean.  The sleeve has the bottom edge split the entire length, and the top edge split half way.  There's also corner and edge wear
