ELVIS PRESLEY – “ELVIS COUNTRY” (LSP-4460) – With BONUS PHOTO & ORIGINAL SHRINK WRAP!

RECORD:  NM Indianapolis pressing with original glossy surfaces. The Orange labels are also NM on this flexible vinyl issue. This album was released in January of 1971 and includes the hit single “I REALLY DON’T WANT TO KNOW / THERE GOES MY EVERYTHING”. Segments of the song “I WAS BORN ABOUT TEN THOUSAND YEARS AGO” are heard at the conclusion of each song on the album. That song was finally released in its entirety on the “ELVIS – NOW” album in February of 1972. The matrix numbers on this record end with 5S/4S, respectively.

COVER:  VG+ with full original shrink wrap. Unfortunately, there is no shrink sticker announcing the Bonus Photo inside of the album. This cover does have an upper left corner “bump” as well as a lower right corner bend. A 2-inch tear is to the upper right corner, which had obviously allowed the shrink enough area to pull back and expose the front to some scuffing from a dark colored album cover (see photos). Aside from these minor detractions, this cover is fully original and well preserved beneath the shrink wrap for the past 45 years.

INNER SLEEVE: The original “ELVIS’ CAMDEN CATALOG / ELVIS’ REEL TAPES” (57) inner sleeve from the era.

BONUS PHOTO: VG++ and fully original with just some impression from being stored up against the record for a long period of time. This is a great 2-sided photo!
