The record is VG+ ~ The vinyl has a great gleam with a couple minor markings which should not effect the audio quality whatsoever.
The sleeve is VG+ ~ The sleeve has very minor ring wear, the corners are lightly dinged and the edges have slight wear with NO SPLITS.  (see photos)
