Excellent condition record and sleeve, in fact the sleeve is near mint.  Photo of only miniscule scuff.  Been stored in plastic wallet.

I have bought records all my life.  I look after them very well, returning them to sleeves straightaway.  Records are stored upright in boxes in a warm, dry house.
