Up for sale in this auction is a rare STILL SEALED LP copy of "An American Prayer - Jim Morrison" - Music by The Doors. This copy was released in 1995 by Elektra Records. Originally released in 1978, this is a rare and still sealed copy from the mid 90's, when pressing vinyl was much less common. This copy also features 3 additional bonus tracks not included on the original pressing! Those cuts are "Babylon Fading", "Bird Of Prey" and "The Ghost Song". Rare and hard to find! Vinyl is assumed to be mint as it has never been played. Jacket is in VG+ shape with some light stubbing due to the shrink shrinking in over the years. Still fantastic and like new condition! Not unlike many new records you see being sold at record stores. The jacket is rated at VG+ conservatively.

Goldmine Grading System:

SS  Still Sealed  M  Mint - Perfect in all ways. M- Mint Minus - Near perfect, most likely and unplayed record NM- Near Mint Minus - Extremely well cared for record. Probably a record that's been around for some years but extremely well looked after, but still not quite new enough to call Mint. VG++ Very Good Plus - As close to NM as it comes. VG+  Very Good Plus - Very close to like new with only superficial signs of use that do not affect playability. Only records stored and used with care will grade out to VG+. VG Very Good - A used, reasonable copy that plays. There will be obvious signs of wear and the possibility of some light surface noise between tracks or during quiet passages, but still nice and playable. VG- Very Good Minus - A record with significant wear and marks. Records graded VG-usually have some noticeable surface noise. G+ Good Plus. 'Good' means pretty beat up. From here on down (Fair, Poor), we're talking about extremely beat up records.
