Clear vinyl.
Vinyl appears excellent, but it's hard to tell because it's clear.
This record is not from my personal collection. It came from the lost & found at an airport.
The plastic cover has yellowed and the red "spinning" insert is pretty scratched up.
Other sellers of this record seem to indicate that this record came with a second insert. If so, it's not included.
