This original 1st Press of the Vinyl LP 'The Rise and Fall of Ziggy Stardust and the Spiders from Mars' is in at least VG condition throughout. It has the matrix 1E/2E to signify the 1st Press. It also includes the rare Picture lyric sleeve. This has credits to Titanic Music as do the labels on the Vinyl.
The Vinyl itself is in at least Very Good condition. At the beginning of side one there are about 8 very light clicks and some light crackle caused by a manufacturing fault. As I said this is very light and soon finishes. The remainder of the Vinyl plays beautifully. There are some light hairlines from previous play but these are not picked up. The labels are immaculate.
The outer sleeve is also at least Very Good. There are some light bits of creasing in places as is normal with these sleeves, however, the spine is strong and fully readable. It does not have the Mainman credit.
The rare picture lyric sleeve which came with the 1st press is in Very Good condition. There is some slight creasing and a neat 2cm seam split along the bottom edge, however, it is still strong and holds the vinyl with no problems. It also refers to Titanic Music on the credits.

I grade all of my records according to The Record Collector Magazines grading system.

I always test play my records on a Pro-Ject Debut Carbon Turntable with Ortofon cartridge stylus unless they are in near mint/ mint condition and appear unplayed but the description will state this. I don't sell records with deep scratches or marks that affect the sound quality and enjoyment.

All of our Vinyl is professionally cleaned using a Pro-Ject VC-S record cleaning machine.

The vinyl is then packaged in a protective anti static sleeve, the whole album placed into a protective outer plastic sleeve and then posted in a robust top of the range custom cardboard record mailer.
