"The Rocky Horror Picture Show Motion Picture Soundtrack"  LP

Ode record label release SP-77031, with red colored lips and red "spooky" lettering at the top of black colored labels.

(Note:  Several releases of this title were issued in the mid 70's to early 80's period.  I do not know the exact year of release for this LP.)

Key identifiers are found in the attached photos and the matrix #'s:

Side One matrix # reads:  OSV 21653-A  (hand etched in dead wax).

Side Two matrix # reads:  OSV 21653-B  (hand etched in dead wax).

Captures the original soundtrack from the original movie.  

Meatloaf performs his classic hit "Hot Patootie - Bless My Soul".

Near mint wax and jacket.

Vinyl:  Near Mint

Outstanding sound quality on this well recorded soundtrack.  Light superficial surface marks are present but do not detract from the listening experience, with only very faint surface noise ("crackle") audible between some tracks and during a few quiet passages, characteristic of wax of the era.  Very high gloss.  A joyous and fun listen !!!

Labels are clean and bright.

Jacket:  Near Mint

The jacket looks only a wee bit shy of "like new".   Tiny dings at the corners.  Otherwise, nearly perfect.

Front and back jacket photos are rich and bright.

Seams and spine are "like new".  No rub wear.  No splits.

Spine print is crystal clear.
