This is the JJ 10" release of this classic Don Carlos tune.........This is a stripped down version of the tune with no horn section. Released in 1980 with the catalogue number JJ076 I think this is a USA pressing. Every version on You Tube is of the normal mix, the only actual version of this release can be found here.............. http://www.reggaecollector.com/player/?number=176692&track=1 So if you've checked the link you will hear that it is a stripped down and heavier version of the tune. On the A side there is the song and a great dub, the B side features Purple Man with the tune Get Me Mad plus a dub. There are a couple of small pressing faults where something has been pressed into the vinyl that causes a light click for about six or seven revolutions on the A side and a couple on the B side, not a scratch just a click....The A side is a bit surface noisy....But no worse than many other Reggae releases, and again remember that this is the only release of this version. A roots classic.
