This record is in EXCELLENT condition - both sides of the record play fine without any of the above defects evident.
Comes in EXCELLENT condition gatefold sleeve - check the picture of the spine. In my experience that is always a good indicator of the overall condition of a sleeve.
Generic paper inner sleeve is also in great shape.
