UK LP released on Columbia EMI 1C 062-04-004.  Matrix A1/B1.  Record is pristine, very clean with no surface marks seen.  Labels are very clean and have no spindle marks from play.  The sleeve, however, has heavy wear along the edges/spine/corners.  There's several creases along all the edges, several indent marks, shelf wear rubbing on both sides, and some ring wear seen on the back side.
