I AM RELISTING THIS ITEM since eBayer finn2412 (Christopher Gaugh of Maitland, FL) stiffed me come time for payment the last time around a few weeks back.
Well, folks, here you have it. This is an original DYS "Brotherhood" LP on Boston's legendary hardcore punk label, XClaim! Records label, owned by SS Decontrol guitarist and founding member, Al Barlie. As most of you will already know, this is XCLaim! No. 4 (X-4) and the vinyl is mint and has never been played. The jacket in near mint condition (you can see some of the small creases in the photos; no ring wear. This is how it came to me when I bought it.) and the inner lyric sheet is in mint condition and autographed!
I am the second owner of this record. Many moons ago, I bought this fine piece of wax directly from DYS/Dag Nasty/ALL/Down By Law singer Dave Smalley (Smallee) himself. If you know Dave, he is a certified Grade-A human being and someone I consider a dear friend. If you would like to check the veracity of this item, I'll gladly give you my name so you can ask Dave for yourself. He will confirm 100%.

For the record heads, this does have the "Boston, Mass." on the A-side dead wax and "Too Bad, Andy --->" on the B-side dead wax.
As I mentioned earlier, the autograph. Since I bought it from Dave, he offered to sign it for me. As you can see on the lyric sheet, Dave writes, "Stay Free, D Smalley." How cool is that?
