Zappa Mothers Of Invention Gatefold 2x Lp "Freak Out" mono Verve Records V-5005-2  includes "Hot Spot" blurb on inside of gatefold cover very rare variation!!
Defects to report:  Cover is well loved, ringwear and surface wear evident both front and back.   mild scuffies all edges but edges intact except upper right corner shows maybe a 2" split,  a bit smaller on one gatefold.   Spine has a little damaged spot.  Please check the pictures. I think we are looking at what Goldmine criteria would call a VG cover.  
Don't forget the rare blurb about the hot spots found in L.A. located on the right inside gatefold. My Goldmine book assigns a very high $$BV as this is a rare variation.
Vinyl a nice surprise.  Somebody named 'Ghrke" has written his name on the labels thank you very much but otherwise the labels are ok.  Vinyl plays very nice.  Much original gloss present, all four sides play without skips or loud pops.  Background noise is minimal.   Some very faint paper scuffs and hairline cracks are observed here and there.   I guess the name written on the label requires I call it a VG but the vinyl plays better it is very pleasing.
