This is the Germs (GI) record it is a second pressing based on the white cardstock versus brown inside the outer sleeve. It played perfectly in a test play with minimal noise or popping.
The record media is glossy and clean, with some light scuffs on both sides keeping it from a higher rating. None are deep enough to feel with a fingertip and did not seem to effect play quality in any way. The inner sleeve is the correct original with the lyrics. It does have a bottom seam split and some creases from use. The outer sleeve shows some light ring and bottom edge wear as well as a small bend on the bottom left corner.
