Ava C-154.  Please Be My Love Tonight (1:58) / Turn Him Down (2:15).  These Charades started out as the Latin Knights from Tulare, California.  They came under the management of Surf Music Mogul Tony Hilder, who produced this 45 for the Ava label.  They also recorded for Impact (Hilder's label), Northridge, and Original Sound.  This one's from 1963.  The white promo label has two orange "X" marks on the A-side.  The vinyl looks and plays VG+.  You can hear a sound sample from both sides of the 45 by clicking here:

The Ava label was founded in 1961 by none other than Fred Astaire and Elmer Bernstein!  Astaire sold his interest in 1964 and the label folded in 1965.  How Tony Hilder managed to get the Charades on a label specializing in Jazz and classical music is a mystery.  Hilder, who was responsible for unleashing a ton of Surf vinyl on the world,  is worth a Google if you're not familiar with him.  Note the production credit on the B-side: "Au H2O 64".
